You’ll continue receiving the same expert services you know and trust, now backed by Emerald Lawns’ expanded resources and expertise.
Will there be any disruptions to my service or billing?
No. Your current services, prepaid plans, and auto-pay settings will remain in place without interruption. Service and billing details can be found in your new Customer Portal. You will receive an email from "NoReply@EmeraldLawns.com" with instructions to access your account online on April 15, 2026. If you have any billing needs or concerns between now and then, please reach our team at 888-356-7717.
